  • Salem Art Association Salem, OR. Among many other things they do, they have first rate artists on their Art-In-Education roster. Residencies are the focus of their artists, who spend 40 hours, more or less, teaching their crafts. Cwerks is part of their AIE program with mime and theatre.
  • ArtCentric Corvallis, OR. This is the Linn-Benton Art Council and they, like the Salem Art Assoc., have an Art-In-Education roster.

  • Northwest Children’s Theatre and School Portland, OR. Formed in 1993, NWCT is a healthy nonprofit and one of the largest children’s theater companies on the West Coast.
  • United States Center for the International Association of Theater for Children and Young People (ASSITEJ/USA) ASSITEJ/USA is the national service organization promoting the power of professional theatre for young audiences through excellence, collaboration and innovation across cultural and international boundaries.

Places in the Salem/Dallas Oregon Area to Hold Events:
  • BeckenRidge Vineyards: Dallas, OR. A lovely location in the hills with great views. They can set up for indoor or outdoor events for 20-200 people.
  • Willamette Queen Sternwheeler: This working replica leaves from the dock in Salem, Oregon and cruises up and down the Willamette River. It can hold about 80 people.
  • Creekside Golf Course: Salem, OR, Rather large banquet facility with catering and access to DJ’s and performers (that would be us!)
  • Northern Lights Theatre Pub: Not only do they have inexpensive admissions to their movies, but you can rent their space for meetings. The screens can be used for your presentation.
  • Salem Conference Center: Salem, OR. Okay this is big! The Conference Center has all sorts of rooms for all sizes of groups.
